Today was a good day! We are starting to get into the school routine. We read Beautiful Oops!, a great story that helps the kids realize that it is okay to make a mistake. After reading the book, I gave each child a flawed piece of paper. They then made a beautiful picture even though the paper wasn't perfect. This is one of 12 great literature mini-lessons.
